Welcome to the Homepage of the third edition of the European Model United Nations Conference which will take place from May 5 to May 9 in the city of Maastricht, the Netherlands. The United Nations Student Association Maastricht (UNSA) has already hosted over 800 participants from all over the world during the last two conferences which proved to be academically challenging and to be unforgettable social experiences.
The Slogan of EuroMUN 2010, “Sustaining Humanity – is nuclear technology the future or the past?”, is reflected in the topic agenda of the 11 different committees. Some of the committees are not part of the UN. Hence, other important Intergovernmental Organizations will also be simulated.
In addition to the conference we offer an optional Pre-Program which will take place in Brussels and is intended to educate you on the European Union. Spaces are limited, so make sure to sign up as soon as possible.
Registration is open until March 12. Sign up and educate yourself on pressing international issues by taking on the role of an Ambassador to the United Nations. You will also improve your negotiation and public speaking skills in addition to socializing with 500 other bright students from all over the world.
